LiveTech offers a variety of packages designed to meet need of technical service and repair facilities. In addition, we can provide a custom solution for most any type of project requiring remote live video support and surveillance.

Basic LiveTech Package starting at $49* per month.

Basic bandwidth only package includes:

• Hosting of your customized LiveTech landing page designed to match your type of technical support service. This is the page your customers will vistit during a live video session. (one-time set up fee applies)
  
• Content delivery via LiveTech Flash Server® technology available through the Flash Reader® on virtually all computers today. Efficiently delivers your support video without the need for special software or downloads.
  
• Monthly bandwidth starting at 2 GB - see chart below for other packages.

LiveTech Packages & Add-on Services

Packages include 50Mb of file storage for FLV video files. This is great for streaming library content. Additional storage space is available. Contact us to help you determine your needs.

Your LiveTech account includes your own login area to view usage statistics and other members only information and specials.

Integration/Set Up Fee Starting at $249 (contact us for a quotation based on your needs)

We handle all the technical aspects of integrating LiveTech into your Web site by working with your Webmaster or by having our engineers code your pages.

BenchTech™ Package starting at $229.00*

LiveTech has developed an optimized camera system
designed specically for the tech bench.

This system employs a hi-definition Microsoft® VX-6000 series video camera mounted on our sturdy swing-arm with adjustable lighting. The BenchTech system not only delivers Online high-end video, it also allows you to record video of those support issues that keep coming up. Saved video topics can then be served up on demand 24/7 freeing up support personnel.

System includes:

• BenchTech Swivel Arm Camera Mount with work bench clamp/holder (desk top model also available)
  
• Microsoft® LifeCamNX-6000 2.0 megapixel Camera with re-positionable mount, plus the appropriate LifeCam Software CD.
